Orders

All orders require a processing period of X days depending on how large the order is.

1. An order of under 5 items takes 3 days to process.

2. An order above 5 items takes 5 days to process.

3. An order of 10 items takes up to 7 days to process.

This is so to ensure quality control, effective stock management, and creating the best product for you in the best possible time.

Delivery

Processed Orders will be shipped out on the day of completion and will typically take 1-3 days of delivery time straight to the provided address.

A tracking number will be sent via email and SMS to the customer which can be used to track the parcel on the Aramex.co.za website.

We use Aramex for our deliveries as they provide convenient shipping in and around South Africa.

Payment

Payments: All payments are handled through an integrated merchant called Payfast which is trusted and is used by many South African based companies.

Your details are safe with Payfast and our SSL-Encrypted site set up with Cloudflare.com supports that.

Your details will not be shared or distributed nor do we have access to them.

Returns

Products can be returned if damaged or not in par with what the customer has ordered.

A total of a 30-day window is open for such events thereafter we will not be able to be of service.

Items in the wrong size issued by Shades of White will be corrected and replaced by Shades of White.

if the customer has incorrectly made a purchase eg. wrong size/color we will not be able to reprocess or accept that product.

Returned products will be picked up by a courier service and reissued in time communicated.

Please use the order number and date when filing a return.
